The dedicated bus stop road has been widened and the regular road has been narrowed.

This is the view from the connecting passage between Shibuya Hikarie and Shibuya Scramble Square, not between Tokyu Toyoko and Tokyu Bunka Kaikan. The “kamaboko” roof seen in the back still remains a little.
